About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Outlet manager who can oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high food standards. The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cloud kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a positive and productive work culture among kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, food safety,



and health regulations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback as needed.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms to ensure seamless order processing.
- Monitor order preparation times, food quality, and packaging standards.
- Handle customer complaints (via aggregator apps or direct channels) and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging items, and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare requisitions, control stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Schedule kitchen staff shifts and maintain attendance records.
- Track kitchen expenses, maintain cost reports, and work on cost optimization.
- Ensure proper storage of food and raw materials in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Develop SOPs for kitchen workflow, hygiene, and service quality.
