Position Overview

We are looking for a
HubSpot Operations Specialist
who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our HubSpot environment. This role will own the operational side of HubSpot, including CRM administration, workflows, data quality, lifecycle management, marketing assets, segmentation, reporting, integrations, and enablement.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with HubSpot and understand how CRM data, automation, marketing campaigns, sales processes, enablement, and reporting work together.

The person will serve as a
HubSpot subject matter expert
, ensuring the platform remains clean, organized, scalable, and aligned with business requirements while enabling Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Leadership teams to effectively use CRM data and tools.

- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and user permissions.
- Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation, including lead routing, lifecycle updates, notifications, and nurturing.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and standardized CRM data through regular data cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, and quality audits.
