Experience & Background
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in Western/European wear categories
- Prior experience working with an export house is mandatory
- Proven track record of designing for international/Western markets
- Robust portfolio showcasing Western/European silhouettes, trends, and collections
- Excellent communication skills to interact with overseas clients/buyers
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Ability to lead and mentor a design team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute (NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
