Position: Business Development Door Solutions & Plywood Sales (Kolkata)

Role Overview

We are launching a new Door Solutions business vertical to provide end-to-end customized door solutions for Builders, Architects, Contractors, and Institutional Projects. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial professional to lead this business from the front, establish strong market relationships, and drive business growth while also managing the Plywood business in Kolkata.

Our Door Solutions offering includes customized doors, door frames, finishing, and professional installation, providing customers with a single point of contact and complete accountability throughout the project. Customers no longer need to coordinate with multiple suppliers and contractors—we deliver an integrated solution tailored to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and growth of the Door Solutions business in the assigned region.
- Develop and execute business strategies to establish the company as a preferred partner for integrated Door Solutions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Interior Designers, PMC Consultants, and Institutional Customers.
- Identify and convert recent project opportunities for customized Door Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailor-made solutions.
- Promote the value proposition of a single-window Door Solution by demonstrating the benefits of one partner managing doors, door frames, finishing, and installation.
- Drive product specifications and approvals from architects and consultants.
- Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline and ensure timely conversion into business.
- Prepare business development plans and achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
