Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to manage the company’s complete accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounts, taxation, GST, TDS, MIS, audits, banking, financial reporting and statutory compliance, along with the ability to independently manage and lead the Accounts Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including Sales, Purchase, Receivables, Payables, Cash & Bank entries and Ledger management.
- Supervise and lead the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances in coordination with consultants.
- Ensure accurate and timely GST returns,



TDS returns, reconciliations and statutory filings.
- Monitor accounts receivable, payable, outstanding payments and collections.
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation and GST Reconciliation.
- Manage company banking activities, payments, receipts and fund-flow requirements.
- Coordinate with Auditors, CA, Tax Consultants, Banks and Government Authorities whenever required.
- Assist management in budgeting, cost control, cash-flow planning and financial decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation, internal controls and accuracy of financial records.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action promptly.
- Handle monthly payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting; CA/CA Inter/M.Com will be preferred.
