Job Summary: We are looking for a Legal Associate Litigation to manage and support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal matters related to the company’s real estate and construction business. The candidate will coordinate with external advocates, courts, authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective handling of legal matters.

Job Description:
- Handle and monitor civil, property, RERA, consumer, recovery, and other real estate-related litigation.
- Draft, review, and assist in preparing legal notices, replies, pleadings, affidavits, applications, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants for ongoing cases and hearings.
- Track court dates, case status, filings, orders, and legal deadlines and maintain an updated litigation tracker.
- Assist in matters before RERA, consumer forums, civil courts, High Court, and other relevant authorities.
- Review property-related disputes, title issues, contractual disputes, possession matters, recovery cases, and other litigation involving the company.




- Conduct legal research and provide practical inputs on applicable laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Projects, Sales, Accounts, CRM, and Management for collection of documents and case-related information
- Assist in evaluating legal risks and recommend appropriate legal action or dispute-resolution strategies.

- Maintain proper records of litigation documents, notices, agreements, case files, and court orders.
- Support the senior legal team in settlement negotiations, arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate operations.

Qualification & Skills:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in litigation, preferably within real estate/construction.
- Valuable knowledge of RERA, property laws, civil procedure, consumer laws, contract law, and real estate regulations.
