Role & responsibilities

1. A candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality- Engine Assembly and Manufacturing operations.
2. Strong working experience in Engine Assembly manufacturing processes.
3. Detailed knowledge of engine components, assembly methods, manufacturing operations and quality requirements.
4. Hands-on experience in preparing and executing PFMEA.
5. Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies.
6. Experience in implementing Mistake-Proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions.
7. Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis techniques.
8. Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools as a user for reviewing product and manufacturing data.
9. Data Analysis Tools - Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
10. Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
11. Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
