About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality B2B leads, mainly through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.

The person will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying the right decision-makers, building accurate prospect databases and creating opportunities for the sales team.

This is a lead-generation-focused role, where the major focus will be on finding the right prospects rather than making a high volume of calls.

The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, research-oriented and comfortable using multiple tools and channels to continuously build a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research relevant companies and prospects.
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Marketing Heads and other relevant stakeholders.
- Research companies and prospects before adding them to the database.
- Build, maintain and regularly update accurate lead databases.




- Generate qualified B2B leads on a consistent basis.
- Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and send relevant connection requests/messages where required.
- Support email and other outbound prospecting activities.
- Follow up with prospects and identify interested/qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Continuously research current markets, industries, companies and prospects.
- Monitor lead-generation performance and work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Focus on lead quality, relevance and potential business opportunities, not just the number of leads generated.

Must Have
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation / LinkedIn prospecting / SDR / outbound sales development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn search and prospecting.
