We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with strong expertise in white-collar hiring for the Middle East/GCC to join our recruitment team based in India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques .This is a full-time work from office opportunity

Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles for the Middle East.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, and local sourcing channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage bulk hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.




- Coordinate with vendors and manpower agencies for volume requirements in blue-collar hiring.
- Ensure smooth candidate engagement, follow-ups, and onboarding support.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5-10 years of experience in white-collar hiring for the Middle East/GCC (mandatory).
- Experience in blue-collar hiring is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Candidates from recruitment firms/placement agencies are preferred.
- Positive understanding of Middle East markets.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience in hiring for Construction or related industries is an advantage.
