Sales Coordinator — Millet Me by Kuizeens

Role: Owns the phone/follow-up layer of sales — converting leads, samples, and CRR follow-ups into orders. Reports to Kareena (interim) / Karan.

Core responsibilities
- Work the daily call list (Horeca leads, warm/cold CRR accounts, sample follow-ups)
- Convert email replies into calls and closed orders
- Chase outstanding samples → order decisions
- Update CRM/tracker after every call (status, next action, payment mode)
- Coordinate with Karan/Kareena on pricing exceptions, credit terms

Must-haves
- Fluent Hindi + English phone communication
- Comfortable cold-calling Horeca (hotels, cafes, caterers)
- Basic Excel/Sheets for tracker updates
- Based in or near Mumbai (or remote with solid phone discipline)

Nice-to-have
- Past FMCG/F&B; or Horeca sales experience
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for follow-ups

Comp: TBD — junior/entry-level sales coordinator range for Mumbai FMCG

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
