About the Role

A leading consulting firm is looking to onboard an experienced Company Secretary to drive end-to-end execution of corporate restructuring transactions. This role calls for someone who has genuinely worked hands-on on such assignments — not just studied them on paper.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading execution of mergers, demergers, capital reductions, and buybacks
Managing slump sale transactions and related structuring
Handling entity conversions — company to LLP, LLP to company, partnership firm to company, and similar transitions
Supporting conversion of private companies to public companies and vice versa
Working on other corporate restructuring transactions under the Companies Act, 2013

What We're Looking For
Qualified Company Secretary
3–8 years of hands-on experience executing similar restructuring assignments
Solid understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks
Ability to independently manage complex, multi-step transactions

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
