Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduat
- Experience: 0–3 years in Reception, Front Office, Hospital Marketing, Customer Service or Healthcare sector.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Valuable Hindi & English communication skills required.
- Knowledge of hospital/clinic front-office operations will be preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and patient-handling skills.
- Should be presentable, polite and customer-oriented.
- Willingness to handle both Reception front Office work
- Candidates should be comfortable with local travel/field marketing, if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient registration and front-desk management.




- Attending phone calls and handling patient enquiries.
- Appointment scheduling and follow-up.
- Guiding patients regarding doctors, services and hospital facilities.
- Maintaining front-office records.
- Patient feedback and customer relationship management.
- Hospital/service promotion and local marketing.
- Calling patients for follow-up and generating enquiries.
- Coordination with doctors, hospital staff and marketing team.
- Supporting hospital business-development activities.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
