- Robust hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, including Runtime, Gateway, Identity, Memory, tools, and observability.
- Experience deploying and managing agents with Runtime sessions, isolation, scaling, session lifecycle, IAM, and OAuth authentication.
- Strong knowledge of MCP, AgentCore Gateway, Lambda/OpenAPI targets, routing, policies, authentication, and centralized tool access.
- Experience with IAM/SigV4, OAuth/JWT, workload identity, credential providers, token management, and least-privilege security.
- Hands-on expertise in agent memory, tool calling, orchestration, multi-agent patterns, retries, error handling,



and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience monitoring production agents using CloudWatch, logs, metrics, traces, latency, token usage, and distributed tracing.
- Knowledge of agent evaluation, task completion, groundedness, tool-use accuracy, safety, evaluation datasets, and regression testing.
- Strong AWS experience with Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and Bedrock.
- Must be capable of designing, implementing, debugging, and troubleshooting production AgentCore solutions.
