As our business expands, we’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Vendor Relations Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring every trip is executed smoothly.

This role offers significant growth opportunities into Operations Management, Business Development, or Vendor Network Management as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

Customer Sales & Relationship Management

* Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails,



and online travel enquiries.

* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle options.

* Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Follow up on pending enquiries to maximize sales conversions.

* Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to trip completion.

Vendor Development & Procurement

* Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport operators.

* Identify and onboard recent vendors across Pune, Mumbai, and nearby regions.

* Negotiate competitive pricing and maintain healthy vendor partnerships.

* Ensure vehicle availability during peak seasons and weekends.

* Maintain an organized database of vendors, pricing, and vehicle categories.

* Monitor vendor performance based on quality, punctuality, and customer feedback.
