General Manager – Hospitality Business & Institutional Sales

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager – Hospitality Business & Institutional Sales to lead and expand our Hospitality business vertical. The role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, managing key institutional accounts, and leading end-to-end sales and project execution across the hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationships within hotel chains, hospitality groups, developers, procurement teams, architects, and project consultants, along with a solid understanding of hospitality procurement and project cycles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Hospitality segment.
- Identify and onboard new hotel chains, resorts, hospitality groups, and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel owners, GMs, procurement heads, project teams,



architects, and consultants.
- Lead the complete institutional sales cycle, including negotiations, pricing, proposals, contracts, and account development.
- Drive annual revenue targets and identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Manage key accounts and develop repeat, upgrade, cross-selling, and bundled business opportunities.
- Understand hotel requirements across fitness, spa & wellness, and back-of-house operations and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Coordinate with internal product, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and project teams during hotel pre-opening and development stages.
- Ensure timely product delivery, installation, commissioning, and client satisfaction.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate resolution of service-related issues.
