Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

Support daily IT operations, application monitoring, system administration, and reporting activities for the company's fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor mobile application functionality (Android & iOS).

Perform API and data feed validation checks.

Manage WABA portal operations and reporting.

Support website and Super Admin panel activities.

Generate monthly operational and sales reports.

Assist in project implementation and IT support activities.

Identify and report system issues proactively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in IT Operations.

Understanding of mobile applications, APIs, databases, and system platforms.

Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, Jira, and troubleshooting tools.

Solid analytical and communication skills.

Driving license and own vehicle preferred.
