₹22,000 fixed per month + up to ₹8,000 monthly Guest Experience Bonus

We are launching a compact hotel/hostel property in Rajapuri, Dwarka. We need a mature, responsible person who can take ownership of daily property operations.

Main responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping and support staff.
- Ensure every room is fully ready before guest check-in.
- Check cleanliness, linen, bathrooms, AC, lights, water, toiletries, locks and overall room condition.
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs and routine guest requests.
- Maintain the daily arrivals and departures list.
- Maintain room status: Ready / Fix Needed / Out of Order.
- Report and follow up on plumbing, electrical, AC and other maintenance issues.
- Maintain basic inventory: linen, towels, toiletries and hotel supplies.
- Track petty cash and basic booking/payment reconciliation.
- Train staff on cleaning and guest-service standards.
- Maintain a daily complaint/issue log and escalate reliable problems to the owner.
- Send a short daily operational update.

Candidate profile
- Responsible, disciplined and reliable.




- Comfortable supervising a small team.
- Polite and capable with guests.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Hotel, guest house, hostel, housekeeping-supervision or property-management experience preferred.
- Must take ownership of problems instead of waiting for instructions on every small issue.

Success means
- Rooms are ready on time.
- Guest complaints are handled quickly.
- Staff know their work clearly.
- Maintenance problems do not get forgotten.
- Cash and inventory remain accountable.
- The property runs smoothly without the owner needing to be present all day.

Guest Experience Bonus
- Guest rating and cleanliness rating both at least 4.7/5 → ₹8,000
- Both at least 4.5/5 → ₹4,000
- Below that → no bonus

Use verified-stay feedback and calculate over enough guests that one unfair review does not distort the month.
