About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager who can identify businesses that need a website and convert those opportunities into clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and communication skills, along with relevant experience in identifying businesses that do not have websites and pitching website development services to them.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify businesses that do not have a website or have an outdated website.
- Find companies and businesses that are actively looking for website development services.
- Generate qualified leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with business owners, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Understand the client's business requirements and identify how a website can add value to their business.
- Pitch and sell our website development services to potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into clients.




- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain and manage a solid sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the website development team to communicate client requirements accurately.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, or a similar role.
- Relevant experience in identifying and approaching businesses that do not have websites and converting them into website development clients.
- Proven experience in selling website development or digital services to businesses.
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, follow-ups, and negotiation.
