Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction activities (blockwork, plaster and interior/exterior finishing).
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all execution complies strictly with approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and third-party vendors to track daily output and resolve site-level technical bottlenecks.
- Billing & Measurement: Take structural/finishing measurements, maintain measurement sheets, and assist in verifying contractor running bills.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR, WPR, MPR) alongside material reconciliation statements.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety standards,



maintain a hazard-free zone, and manage snag-list rectifications prior to handovers.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Blueprint reading, quality testing methods, quantity estimation, and familiarity with up-to-date shuttering/construction techniques
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, contractor coordination, and on-site problem-solving capabilities.
