Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Global Incident Planning & Operations Manager (AVP) to lead cyber incident readiness, tabletop exercises, and enterprise-wide incident response planning. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in cybersecurity, incident response, threat management, and security governance, with the ability to drive readiness programs across global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Lead and manage enterprise cyber incident readiness and cyber wargaming programs.
- Develop incident response strategies aligned with enterprise risk management and business continuity objectives.
- Define governance, priorities, success metrics, and continuous improvement plans for incident readiness.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure operational preparedness.
Incident Exercise Design & Execution
- Design and facilitate cyber tabletop exercises, red team/blue team simulations, and executive cyber wargames.
- Develop realistic threat scenarios using threat intelligence and emerging cyber risks.
- Prepare exercise scripts, injects, playbooks, and after-action reviews.
- Lead incident simulations for technical teams and executive leadership.
Readiness Assessment & Improvement
- Assess incident response maturity and identify gaps in security processes and playbooks.
- Develop readiness reports, improvement recommendations, and remediation roadmaps.
- Track remediation progress and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Continuously improve incident response capabilities based on lessons learned.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Information Security, Risk, SOC, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
- Present readiness assessments and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with global security teams to ensure consistent incident response practices.
- Support cross-functional collaboration during high-impact cyber incidents.
