Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective change management processes to minimize disruptions during IT system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to business operations.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for recent features and releases to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented changes.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Change Management Specialist role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework, particularly in Incident Management, Release Management, and Change Management processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various departments.
