About the Role

We are looking for an
HR Generalist / HR Manager
who can take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance, engagement, payroll and exits.

You will work closely with founders and team leads to understand hiring and people requirements and make sure things actually get done.

We need someone who is hands-on, practical and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Own
- End-to-end hiring across business, sales, marketing, academics, operations and tech.
- Work closely with team leads on hiring plans, team requirements and people issues.
- Own onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination,



employee documentation and exits.
- Run probation confirmations, performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Drive employee engagement and help build a strong, high-performance culture.
- Maintain HRMS, policies, compliance and regular HR reporting.

What We Are Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a startup or quick-growing company.
- Strong recruitment experience — someone who has personally sourced and closed candidates.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working with HRMS, Excel and HR reporting.
- Organised, practical and able to handle multiple priorities at the same time.
- High ownership — if there is a people problem, you take responsibility for getting it solved.
