We are looking for a Billing Operator to handle billing and documentation activities for our warehouse operations in Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day warehouse billing operations.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and dispatch-related documents.
- Verify billing details, quantities, rates, and GST information.
- Maintain billing records and update data in Excel/ERP.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare basic billing/MIS reports as required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Billing / Warehouse Billing / Logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Experience with billing software/ERP will be preferred.
- Valuable numerical and data-entry skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Working Hours
10 to 11 hours maximum per day
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand per month
