A Stewarding Supervisor manages kitchen cleanliness, sanitization standards, and dishwashing operations. They supervise the stewarding team, handle shift scheduling, oversee chemical and equipment safety, and maintain inventory of operating supplies like chinaware, silverware, and cleaning agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations for kitchen stewards and utility staff.
- Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance across all back-of-house areas.
- Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and task allocation.
- Monitor proper operation and temperature/chemical levels of dishwashing machines and pot-wash stations.
- Control breakage, loss, and damage of operating equipment.
- Conduct training on safe chemical handling, equipment use, and cleaning techniques.
- Coordinate closely with culinary and banquet teams for setup and operational support.
- Track inventory levels and submit requisitions for cleaning supplies and chemicals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
