Role Overview:

The IT PMO will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within the Information Technology (IT) domain. This rolerequires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and projectmanagement proficiency to ensure that IT projects are delivered on time, withinscope, and within budget. The IT PMO serves as the liaison between variousstakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives, ensuringeffective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Governance:
- Establish a project governance framework with a structured approach to govern projects
- Provide valuable insight and guidance to project teams to ensure that projects run smoothly, within the budget.

Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.




- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges.

Team Leadership:
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
- Foster a cooperative team culture, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and project requirements.

Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to the project plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing productivity and addressing any resource constraints.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
