- Experience in recirculating water systems, cooling water systems, raw water treatment, intake water system, desalination, DM plants, softening plants, RO systems, WWTP, STP, ETP and ZLD across ferrous and nonferrous industries.
- Skilled in basic and detail engineering including conceptualisation, basic design, heat & mass balance, hydraulic calculations, and unit sizing for water and effluent treatment systems including ZLD.
- Proficient in preparing PFDs, P&IDs;, equipment/line/valve/load lists, process datasheets, O&C; philosophy, basic layouts, and civil assignment drawings for water systems.
- Expertise in tender specifications, tender analysis, technoeconomic evaluation, contract specifications, vendor document review, and project coordination during procurement and erection.
- Solid knowledge in developing CAPEX and OPEX for water and wastewater systems.
- Conversant with AutoCAD, Pipenet, Navisworks, and 3D model review tools.
- Experienced in proposal preparation, effort estimation, tendering, and contract finalisation.
- Proficient in cost estimation (CAPEX & OPEX).

Working knowledge of project management fundamentals.
