Client Servicing Executive – Events
Position: Client Servicing
Openings: 3
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month

About the Role
The role involves managing client relationships, understanding event requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and successful execution of events. Candidates with an events background are preferred, particularly those who have experience in client servicing, event coordination, account management, or related client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and event objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
- Manage client communication throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders as required.
- Track deliverables, timelines,
and client requirements to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and last-minute requirements professionally.
- Provide suitable solutions and alternatives based on client needs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing client reports, account updates, and post-event evaluations.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support additional business opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Account Management, or a related field.
- Events background preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.
- Solid coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
