HR Intern

Location: Kharadi, Pune – World Trade Center (WTC)
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: General Shift
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in HR and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating and posting job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding activities and help prepare new-joiner documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining confidential HR documents.
- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.




- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Research HR trends and industry best practices.
- Participate in HR team meetings and collaborate with different departments on HR initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
- Prior HR/recruitment internship or relevant experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
