Role Overview

We are looking for 2 energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing Digital Marketing & Admissions team. This is a hybrid role between Digital Marketing and Student Counselling, where you will work closely with the Digital Brand & Growth team as well as prospective students.

Digital Marketing → Lead Generation → Lead Follow-up → Counselling → Enrollment

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing





· Assist in executing J2D's social media and digital marketing campaigns.

· Support Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media activities.

· Assist with content scheduling and publishing.

· Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing creatives.

· Research trending topics related to AI, ML, GenAI and technology careers.

· Assist in creating captions, posts, short-form content and campaign materials.

· Monitor social media engagement and audience responses.

· Support lead-generation campaigns and promotional activities.

· Track basic campaign and social-media performance metrics.

Lead Management & Counselling

· Contact leads generated through J2D's digital campaigns.

· Respond to inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

· Understand the candidate's educational/professional background and career goals.

· Explain J2D's AI/ML and AI Engineering programs.

· Guide candidates toward the program that best fits their career
