Role & responsibilities : Internship - IT Project Management :

Internship Scope : Tata iQ Client , Information Technology Department (IT Function) is currently in the process of identifying the Enterprise-Wide Collaboration Suite .

The project will be to deploy the newly identified Enterprise-Wide Collaboration Suite across the enterprise and help all the employees understand the current Collaboration Suite and use of the same effectively.

The project will involve coordination with the Collaboration Suite Vendor with weekly updates to the Senior Management of Client on project progress and tracking important milestones

Reporting To : CEO Tata iQ and Business Head

Stakeholders: Client : CEO, Senior Leadership and Management Committee (Board)

Duration of Internship: 60 Days to 90 Days - Extension Purely based on Project need and Performance of the intern

Success Criteria
- Deployment of Collaboration Suite




- Employees comfortable using the Collaboration Suite starting from the CEO to the last person on the ground
- Zero priority one and severity one issues in the deployment of the Collaboration Suite
- Change management is currently being driven by CEO of Tata iQ and Client Senior Management Team
- Internship learning involves Of the Shelf” Product Deployment, Change Management and Project Management End To End
- Transition, Post Transition Training, Process documentation and Implementation

- Willing to work from Office : Client Office – Mumbai location.
