Order and Return Management
- Oversee the entire order-to-delivery process, including processing orders, generating shipping labels, and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to schedule dispatches and track shipments.
- Manage customer returns, including coordinating reverse pickups, inspecting returned items, and processing refunds.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and inquiries related to orders, delivery, and returns.

Inventory and Bin Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all e-commerce platforms and the company website to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and manage a bin management system within the warehouse for efficient stock organization and retrieval.

Inventory Procurement
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future inventory needs and prepare purchase requests.
- Ensure timely procurement of inventory to meet demand, especially during peak seasons or promotional campaigns.





Product Management
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on the company's website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Jio Mart.
- Gather high-quality product images, write compelling product descriptions, and maintain accurate product information.

Website Management
- Perform day-to-day updates and maintenance for the company's e-commerce website.
- Manage website content, including banners, promotional offers, and product information.

Qualifications
- Robust communication ( and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
