Job Title: Senior Storyline DeveloperRole Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Storyline Developer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, advanced interactions, gamification, and technical troubleshooting. The candidate should be able to independently manage eLearning development projects and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive and visually engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.
- Convert storyboards into functional, learner-friendly digital learning experiences.
- Create advanced interactions using triggers, variables, states, layers, and branching.
- Develop gamified learning experiences, including points, scores, levels, challenges, badges, and rewards.
- Develop scenarios, simulations, assessments, and complex interactions.
- Provide complex technical support and troubleshooting for Storyline, SCORM, and LMS-related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to scoring, assessment tracking, completion status, navigation, and resume functionality.
- Work closely with Instructional Designers,



Graphic Designers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Conduct self-QA and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support and mentor junior developers on technical and development challenges.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline.
- Strong knowledge of advanced interactions, triggers, variables, and branching.
- Good understanding of gamification and game-based learning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Storyline, SCORM, and LMS issues.
- Understanding of eLearning development workflows and UI/UX principles.
- Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in eLearning development.
- Experience with Articulate Rise, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS is a plus.
