Artist Manager

We are looking for an
Artist Manager
who will be responsible for managing and coordinating with
Qyuki’s top creators/talent
. The ideal candidate should have
2–4 years of experience in talent management, artist management, influencer management, or creator management
, with a strong understanding of digital content and social media.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage creators/talent on a
day-to-day basis
, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of their professional commitments.
- Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned creators and maintain a strong skilled relationship with them.
- Plan, coordinate and manage
shoots
, including schedules, locations, production requirements and coordination with internal teams.
- Handle
brand queries and requirements
and route them to the concerned internal team for further action.
- Coordinate with brands, agencies and internal teams to ensure
smooth execution of brand collaborations and campaigns
.
- Provide
creative inputs and direction to editors
regarding video content, edits, references, hooks,



pacing and overall content quality.
- Work closely with the creator and creative team to develop
content ideas, formats and concepts
suitable for the creator's audience.
- Maintain and manage the creator's
content calendar
, ensuring timely delivery of content and commitments.
- Coordinate with the production, creative, social media and account teams for end-to-end execution of content.
- Assist in
pre-production planning
, including briefs, scripts, references, shot lists and production requirements.
- Be present during shoots when required and ensure that the
creative vision and brand requirements
are properly executed.
- Keep the creator updated on upcoming
campaigns, shoots, meetings, events and professional commitments
.
- Identify opportunities for new
content formats, collaborations and creative partnerships
for the creator.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the creator's
personal brand, audience
