Role & responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones (India, UK, US). To ensure a smooth and efficient interview process that aligns with global stakeholders and avoids delays in hiring.

Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle. To deliver a professional, consistent, and engaging candidate experience.

Source candidates through approved channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases. To build and maintain strong talent pipelines and support increased direct hiring capability.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Jobvite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook (calendar management) and Excel (tracking/reporting)
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Strong experience scheduling interviews across multiple time zones
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Experience working with external recruitment agencies and managing candidate pipelines
