Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the company's iron & steel business.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by managing tax returns, audits, and other related matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding options.
- Analyze financial performance data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
Job Requirements :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required.
- 12-16 years of experience in accounting or finance role within an iron & steel industry setting.
- Robust knowledge of auditing, budgeting, financial analysis, financial planning, taxation, and CA principles.
