A Hub Supervisor manages daily operations at a logistics, distribution, or e-commerce facility. They oversee sorting, shipping, inventory tracking, and staff performance to ensure packages move safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise shift workers, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Operations Oversight: Manage receiving, sorting, scanning, and loading of shipments.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain a clean facility.
- Problem Solving: Resolve logistical bottlenecks, delays, and staff issues quickly.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report metrics to management.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Quick commerce, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
- Skills: Robust leadership, basic computer/dashboard proficiency, and time management.
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business or logistics is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
