Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end frontline hiring for Cafe and other business units within the region, while supporting day-to-day HR generalist activities and ensuring effective coordination with business teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontline Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Caf frontline positions and other regional frontline requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring for Baristas, Caf Staff, Shift Supervisors and other operational roles.
- Build and maintain a solid local talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, local networks and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate with Caf Managers and Regional Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined TAT.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, documentation and offer follow-up.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Track open positions, hiring TAT, joining ratios and recruitment funnel on a regular basis.
- Support hiring drives and walk-in interviews across multiple locations in the region.

HR Generalist Activities
- Support employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, confirmation, exits and employee documentation.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution.
- Support performance management and other HR processes for frontline employees.
- Coordinate with payroll and other internal teams for employee-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes at the regional level.

3. Business Partnering
- Work closely with Regional Operations and Caf Managers to understand manpower challenges and employee-related issues.
- Provide regular updates on manpower status, open positions, hiring progress and critical vacancies.
- Identify recurring hiring and employee issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Act as the first point of HR coordination for frontline employees within the assigned region.
