About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial skilled to work directly with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives. This role is specifically suited to someone who has previously built, co-founded or operated a startup and understands the realities of execution, ambiguity, resource constraints and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.

• Take ownership of high-impact projects from problem definition to execution.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct research, analysis and prepare recommendations for leadership.

• Track business performance and follow up on critical action items.





• Identify operational gaps and independently drive solutions.

• Support new business initiatives, partnerships and growth opportunities.

• Prepare management presentations, business cases and decision-support material.

• Act as a key execution bridge between the Founder and operating teams.

Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements

• BBA/MBA from an IIM or other top-tier B-School.

• Prior experience founding, co-founding or operating a startup is strongly preferred and should be clearly demonstrated.

• Exceptional ownership, execution and problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

• Strong communication, business judgement and ability to operate independently.

• Candidates who have previously run a startup, built a venture, managed a business unit or taken a venture from idea to execution are particularly relevant.

What You Can Expect
