Job Description

Magna Metal & Mill Stores is looking for a Data Entry Operator / Quotation Executive to support our sales team with quotation preparation, product pricing, data entry and order-related documentation.

Candidates with previous experience in electrical switchgear, pumps, industrial products or trading companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations accurately.
- Enter product descriptions, quantities, rates and discounts.
- Assist customers and sales staff with pricing.
- Maintain and update product price lists.
- Maintain quotation records and customer information.
- Enter orders and product data accurately.
- Coordinate with the store and warehouse for material availability.
- Assist with dispatch-related documents.
- Follow up internally on pending quotations and orders.
- Handle Excel sheets, product codes and pricing data.




- Maintain digital and physical records.
- Support the sales team with routine back-office work.
