Role & responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, charging, RAM, SSD/HDD, and power-related issues.
- Perform laptop component replacement and hardware testing.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and required software.
- Troubleshoot booting, overheating, hanging, and performance-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and quality checks.
- Maintain service/repair records and update job status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for hardware-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned repair jobs.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience as Laptop Repair Technician, Laptop Technician, Hardware Technician, Computer Hardware Technician, Service Engineer, or IT Hardware Engineer will be preferred.
