We are looking for a goal-driven Sr. Academic Counsellor - Inside Sales to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will interact with prospective candidates, guide them on career prospects in VLSI and semiconductor engineering, and convert qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective candidates via outbound phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms to guide them through our VLSI programs.
- Perform detailed academic counselling to understand student backgrounds, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Walk candidates through the end-to-end admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Practice consultative selling by providing genuine, value-based guidance to build trust and rapport.
- Maintain consistent, timely follow-ups with pipeline leads and record all activity accurately in the CRM.
- Share actionable insights with team leads to refine target audience profiling and improve lead conversion rates.




- Consistently meet and exceed assigned weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or B2C Direct Sales.
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate. Fresh MBA graduates with an interest in inside sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Skills: Strong active listening, consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems/tools.
