Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Up-to-date Trade channel.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive volume, market share, and profitability in modern trade outlets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance and take corrective actions to bridge gaps.

2. Key Account Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key modern trade accounts in the assigned territory.
- Negotiate and execute agreements, promotions, and in-store displays with key accounts.
- Ensure stock availability, merchandising, and smooth operational execution at modern trade outlets.

3. Team Management & Coordination
- Lead and guide a team of Promoters and Merchandisers to execute plans effectively.
- Train and develop the team to improve productivity and in-store execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing activities.

4. Distributor & Supply Chain Management
- Ensure optimal supply chain management to prevent stockouts at customer points.




- Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Regularly review inventory levels to maintain optimal stock at modern trade outlets.

5. Market Insights & Reporting
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper execution of sales and promotional activities.
- Gather and analyse competitor activities and consumer trends in modern trade.
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with the management team.

6. Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade practices, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales agreements, promotions, and other essential records.
