Job Description
- Handle both Tech & Non-Tech Hiring requirements.
- Lead one person under you.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers and Founders to understand their needs
- Post job ads and review applications
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline
- Use recruitment tools and platforms effectively
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant meets the following criteria -
- 6-9 years of experience
- MUST be Immediately Available
- MUST have Startup experience
- MUST be open to 6 day work mode (Saturdays WFH)
