Job Responsibilities

* Assist customers with flight and travel bookings in the Italian language.

* Handle inquiries related to fares, schedules, cancellations, changes, baggage, and other travel services.

* Recommend suitable travel options and convert inquiries into bookings.

* Communicate with Italian-speaking customers through calls, emails, or chat.

* Maintain accurate booking and customer records.

* Follow company policies, sales targets, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Requirements

Language:Italian speaking proficiency (B1/B2 or above preferred).

* Good communication skills in Italian and English.

* Interest in travel sales and customer service.

* Basic computer knowledge.





* Graduate or pursuing graduation.

* Freshers can apply.

* Willingness to work according to business/process requirements and sales targets.
