Role Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Consultant with strong experience in strategy, paid advertising, content marketing, campaign execution, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with offshore/international projects and a forward-thinking approach to emerging marketing trends, especially video and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research.
- Build marketing roadmaps, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies based on results.
Ads Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop strategies for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Plan targeting, budgets, creatives, messaging, and landing pages.
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns.
- Track CPL, conversions, ROI, and campaign performance.
Content Marketing
- Develop content strategies based on audience and business goals.
- Plan blogs, social media, landing pages,



case studies, and lead-generation content.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, SEO, and development teams.
- Track content performance and improve execution.
Video Strategy
- Build future-ready video marketing strategies.
- Explore short-form, educational, thought-leadership, and product videos.
- Identify opportunities across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Leverage AI and new technologies to scale video content.
Client Communication
- Communicate directly with international/offshore clients.
- Understand business objectives and translate them into marketing plans.
- Present strategies, campaigns, reports, and recommendations.
- Manage expectations, feedback, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build robust client relationships through proactive communication.
