Title: Team Lead Sales - TA

Reporting to: Head - Sales

Position Location: Ahmedabad, Nagpur & Erode

Job Description:

Purpose of the Role:

1. Responsible for creating and driving strategies, generate leads and enquiries, feedback, presentation and promotion, frequent interaction with agents and timely visits to customer sites for textile automation products

2. Ensure timely submission of quotes, discussion on orders and its finalization, order collection with advance payments, release of monthly schedule for manufacturing, collection of balance payment before dispatch, and timely collection of PO, schedule from customers

Roles & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for formulating current sales and marketing strategies based on study of potential markets, domains, projects and products for textile automation products
- Ensure lead generation and qualification of leads
- Ensure minimum number of qualified customer visits are done by selling agents every week
- Ensure region wise sales target of individuals for selling agents with region wise




- Responsible for updating market and competitor input frequently
- Responsible for brand building and driving campaigns across different platforms like exhibitions, magazines, social media
- Ensure minimum number of RFQ's are received on time by subordinates from customers every week
- Responsible for offer submission and technical discussions
- Ensure payments are received timely from customers/selling agents
- Responsible for monitoring project status and timely completion of projects, and sharing timely updates with customers
- Responsible for generating reports timely and accurately
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential customers
- To ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Bridge the gap between customers and agents
- Focus on converting opportunities into orders by addressing customer needs and providing solutions
- Increase customer demo visit and convert to enquiry
