Estate Vault Realty is looking for a highly driven Business Head – Sales & Operations who can work closely with the founder to build and scale the company's residential real-estate business.

This is not a conventional Sales Manager position.

We are looking for a hands-on operator and closer who can build the sales engine from the ground up—people, processes, CRM, lead management, site visits, developer relationships and closures.

The person should be capable of eventually running the day-to-day business independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the residential sales team.
- Recruit, train and mentor sales executives.
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead allocation to closure.
- Establish strict CRM and follow-up processes.
- Conduct daily sales huddles and pipeline reviews.
- Monitor calls, lead response times and follow-up quality.
- Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-closure ratios.
- Personally intervene in high-value and difficult negotiations.
- Develop strong knowledge of Pune residential projects and micro-markets.




- Build relationships with developers, mandate partners and channel partners.
- Work closely with digital marketing/content teams to improve lead quality.
- Create weekly MIS covering leads, calls, meetings, site visits, bookings, revenue and pipeline.
- Help management identify projects worth focusing marketing resources on.
- Build processes that allow Estate Vault to scale without losing accountability.

Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of Pune residential real-estate experience.
- Strong experience in primary residential sales.
- Excellent understanding of Pune micro-markets, particularly East Pune.
- Demonstrable history of personally closing residential transactions.
- Previous experience managing a sales team.
- Robust CRM and pipeline-management discipline.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment rather than a large corporate structure.
