Role Description
The Junior HR Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The Junior HR Generalist coordinates employee benefits and supports benefits administration activities, such as enrollment,



documentation, and query resolution. Additional responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, helping organize training programs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with an understanding of core HR functions and practices.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including implementation, communication, and basic compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Perks and Benefits Administration, including coordination, documentation, and employee support.
