Warehouse Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Experience: Minimum 4 years in e-commerce

Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, order fulfillment, and accuracy of inventory records.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Reporting:




- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including efficiency, accuracy, and inventory turnover.

Required Skills
- E-commerce Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management within the e-commerce sector.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work setting.
- Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
