Role Overview:

Microland is looking to hire CA Freshers for multiple roles.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher (2025/2026 pass-out) to join our Finance function. The selected candidate will gain exposure to Business Finance domains, depending on the selection for the required role supporting strategic initiatives in Deal Pricing and FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Key Responsibilities:

In Business Finance (Deal Pricing & FP&A;):
- Participate in deal pricing and financial modelling for new client engagements.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Analyse financial performance metrics, profitability, and cost drivers.
- Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to provide business insights.

Qualifications & Skills:




- Qualified Chartered Accountant 2025/2026 batch (First or Second Attempt preferred).
- Strong academic foundation in accounting, finance, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to financial modelling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
